CLIVE SMITH

Group Chairman

Clive is a seasoned non-executive director and former group chief executive with over three decades of leadership experience across services, facilities management, manufacturing and private equity–backed and listed businesses. He previously served as Group CEO of Tsebo Solutions Group for 15 years, leading significant growth, transformation and value creation across Africa. Clive brings deep expertise in strategy, governance, turnarounds, capital allocation and ethical leadership, with extensive board and committee experience.

ROB DE GROOTH

Chief Executive Officer

Rob has over 30 years of experience in the services, manufacturing and wellness industries. He holds the following qualifications: A B-Tech degree, EDP, and GEP. Beyond his professional achievements, Rob is an authentic and purpose-driven leader who believes in leading from the front, fostering accountability, developing key talent, and creating high-performance executive teams. A strategic thinker, Rob is focused on identifying priority areas for improvement, driving transformation and optimising business performance.

ADV. DEBBIE MEYER

Group Chief Financial Officer

Adv. Debbie Meyer is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (SA) with over 30 years’ experience in executive leadership roles. She is an admitted Advocate of the High Court and became a member of the Johannesburg Bar. Debbie’s extensive experience, exceptional leadership abilities, and deep expertise in the financial sector contribute significantly to driving Servest forward and shaping the company’s strategic direction.

SIBUSISO NKABINDE

Chief Commercial Officer

Sibusiso Nkabinde is a dynamic commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience across facilities management, retail and ICT. As Chief Commercial Officer at Servest, he drives growth, customer retention and marketing strategies across South Africa and multiple African countries. He has a proven track record in business transformation, strategic expansion and operational leadership. Previously CIO at Edcon and Managing Executive at BCX, Sibusiso is skilled in stakeholder engagement, innovation and cross-functional collaboration. He holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and serves on several boards and industry associations.

PEARLINE RAMJATHAN

Legal Director

Pearline obtained her LLB degree from the University of Natal and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She practiced as an attorney for 7 years at a boutique law firm in Durban after completing her articles of clerkship. She thereafter joined Servest in February 2016 as a Legal Advisor and has several years’ experience in commercial and corporate law. She currently holds the position of Legal Director and oversees all legal matters within the Servest Group.

VINCENT RASEROKA

VINCENT RASEKORA

Non-Executive Director

Vincent has had a long and successful business career, serving on many boards, and running large international and multinational companies. Vincent has served as Chairman for Stellenbosch Business School, Nampak, Peters Papers, and Cargo Carriers, to name a few. He holds a BA (Hons) from Fisk University in Nashville, USA.

KAMO KROLL

Non-Executive Director

Kamo is a CA (SA) with over 17 years’ experience in financial services, including more than 13 years in Investment Banking. She completed her articles at PwC. Her experience spans across M&A, private capital, mezzanine funding, and capital raising. She previously served as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Southern and East Africa at Rand Merchant Bank. Kamo has also served as an Alternate Non-Executive Director on the Board of Primedia Holdings as a shareholder representative.

DEREK THOMAS

Non-Executive Director

Derek is a founding shareholder and CEO of Letsema Holdings. He is an experienced leader that has served as non-executive director and chairman on multiple boards, including the publicly listed companies Transpaco and Emira. Derek is a Fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative and an AGLN moderator. He also designed and moderates an ethical leadership programme for young South Africans aged 25–35.

SIZAKELE MZIMELA

Non-Executive Director

Siza is a seasoned executive and accomplished board director with nearly three decades of leadership experience spanning financial services, oil & gas, aviation, logistics, and infrastructure. She is currently Strategic Advisor to Oasis Logistics and the Lead Independent for Bryte Insurance Company Ltd. Siza previously chaired the boards of JSE-listed company Cargo Carriers and served as Non-Executive Director for Woolworths, Africa Reinsurance and SA Tourism, to name a few. She brings strong governance expertise, strategic insight, and stakeholder alignment to her board roles.

NEIL BIRCH

Non-Executive Director

Neil’s career spans more than 40 years as a senior leader, with experience across listed entities, private groups, and international companies. He has served as non-executive chairman, CEO, and as a board and committee member, developing broad expertise in corporate governance and financial oversight. Neil has a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, business development, and business restructuring. He is a highly effective communicator with a strong ability to build and sustain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams.

LERATO NDORO

Chief People Officer

With over two decades of extensive experience in human resources, Lerato Ndoro is a seasoned HR leader with a proven track record in driving People strategies across diverse industries, including Banking, ICT, and Network Marketing. For the past 14 years, Lerato has served as a key leader at Avon Cosmetics, where she shaped and executed the People strategy for Avon Justine South Africa and Turkey, Middle East and Africa (TMEA), while also serving as a member of the Global People and Culture Leadership Team.

Lerato holds a Doctorate in Philosophy, an MBA, and  a Bachelor of Social Science Honours degree, specialising in Psychology.

SILVIA SCHOLLENBERGER

Divisional Managing Director: Facilities Management, Cleaning, Hygiene and Catering

Silvia holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering as well as a BCom Hons. in Financial Management and trained in the principles of Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt). She completed a Global Leadership Development Programme with SAID Business School and the Mentoring for Leadership programme (Graduate School of Business UCT). Prior to joining Servest, Silvia spent 17 years with African Oxygen Limited (Afrox) in various roles, including Head of Marketing Gases and Projects, Head of Commercial, Manager Business Strategy and Risk, Performance and Productivity.

MDU DLAMINI

Divisional Managing Director: Landscaping, Security, Technical and Parking

Mdu Dlamini is an accomplished senior executive with over 15 years of leadership experience, specialising in business transformation and operations management across a wide range of industries, including mining, construction, manufacturing, FMCG, telecommunications, and warehousing. Prior to joining Servest, Mdu served as Managing Director of Workforce Staffing South Africa for five years, where he demonstrated exceptional expertise in Sales, HR, and Operations. Mdu is deeply committed to his family, his profession, and making a positive impact on the environment.

STUART KADER

Group Digital Transformation and Technology Director

Stuart holds a BSC (Computer Science) qualification, aided by a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) and Management Development Programme (MDP) courses. Stuart brings a wealth of experience built on a solid foundation and understanding of systems, stemming from more than 25 years of hands-on technical and leadership roles both locally and abroad.

PEARLINE RAMJATHAN

Legal Director

EDWARD HEYNES

Group Executive: Business Excellence

Edward is a consummate professional with 30 years of corporate experience. His skill set has been successfully applied in diverse industries including Manufacturing (for the Distell/Heineken Group), Banking (for the Standard Bank Group) and now in Facilities Management. Edward is proficient at large-scale business transformation initiatives, where his inspirational leadership style helps him to mobilise large matrix organisations. He also lectures part time on various local and global Master’s Programmes at Stellenbosch Business School. Edward is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PRINCE2 Practitioner and holds a Certificate in Wine Management and an MBA (cum laude) from Stellenbosch Business School.

ROBERTA DONOVAN

Marketing Executive

With over 20 years of marketing experience, Roberta excels in classic and digital marketing and has worked on top South African brands. Her expertise spans FMCG, pharmaceuticals, personal care and telecoms. From Unilever to South African Breweries, she has executed impactful brand initiatives that have delivered measurable ROI and have earned various industry accolades. Having spent the last four years specialising in demand and lead generation, Roberta is uniquely positioned to contribute to Servest’s growth strategy.
