Executive Profile of Kabeer Ismail – Sales Director
Kabeer started his career as a Taxi Scrapping Administrator, and was accountable for the implementation and control of the Taxi Recapitalisation payment allowance.
He joined a consulting company, in a risk advisory position as a Junior Consultant in 2009, and was promoted five times over a period of seven years, where he finally headed the whistleblowing practice from a sales, marketing and business development perspective. He has tailored various sales solutions within the risk management space, resulting in cost saving innovations within many large multi-national companies.
Kabeer joined Servest in 2016 as Business Development Manager for the Security division; he has further played an instrumental role in securing business from large corporates during his tenure in this role. This was followed by him becoming the Regional Sales Manager for the Cleaning division in 2017, and thereafter he was further promoted to the role of National Sales Manager for Cleaning.
In his current role, he manages staff through coaching, development, and facilitating client relationships. He describes himself as someone who thrives under pressure, but believes in the importance of having down time. He spends any free time, playing golf and enjoying time with his family.
Kabeer believes that a bad attitude is debilitating to your work and life. He therefore tries to remain positive and advises all who he encounters, to have a clear vision for their work and personal life.
