Damian Naicken

Group Legal Manager

Damien has an LLB Degree from UKZN (Howard College) which he obtained in 2006. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2008, remaining in practice for a short period of time before joining a consulting company specialising in industrial relations and labour law. He joined Servest as an HR Manager in Servest Security, whereafter he was promoted to HR Director with a position on the divisional board of directors for security. In late 2011, he assume the role of group legal manager (at a corporate level), which gave him the opportunity to further his career in his preferred field. Whilst in this role, he had been tasked with the building and management of the Servest legal team, whose purpose is to mitigate and manage all the businesses legal risks. The team currently consists of three attorneys and one legal assist.
