As a follow up on our meeting of Friday 12 July 2013, I would just like to inform you that the two staff members that came to service our plants for the past few weeks has given us exceptional service.Tandiwe and Edwin are very competent, always friendly, capable of working without supervision and on occasion asks if there is anything that we would like to report i.e. if we are in need of any additional services.It is a pleasure to know that our plants is left in good hands.
The lady who comes to service here, watering our plants every fortnight, – I think her name is Goodness, I just wanted to drop you a line to say how lovely she is.She has such a wonderful nature about her. We have many other service providers who may come in to do tasks that impact my life in a more meaningful way in terms of improving my efficiency and increasing productivity – like fixing my printer when it’s not working etc., but her presence, her smile, her humility, they leave a far lasting impression on me than anyone else.Many people love to complain, or are quick to complain when they are not happy with a service, and few acknowledge or commend it when it is well done. I would just like to say how pleased I am at the service she provides here.She is a true testament to your company, and even though she was here at the branch last week, I am still thinking of her this very moment.

I was very impressed with your reaction time in arranging for the law enforcement to attend to the incident at our premises. This displays your commitment to ensure customer satisfaction despite the challenges of your work load, and this is very refreshing to me as the beneficiary of your exemplary services.
