Servest considers the level of hygiene in your washroom as a reflection of your regard for the health and safety of your visitors and your employees.
We understand that you have a business to run, so it is our goal to make your experience in dealing with our washroom division an easy one.
Servest achieves this by ensuring that all processes, from engaging with our hygiene consultant in order to ascertain your needs, right through to installation, service and even our accounts department are as seamless as possible.
Our dispenser range enhances the look of the bathroom. All dispensers are of European-design and fully imported.
All consumables are formulated using the highest quality ingredients and are designed to improve the hygienic standard of the bathroom.
All installations are followed up with a full site check by our experienced quality controllers. This is to ensure that the contract start up is in line with the initial agreement signed and meets with your expectations.
We are unique in that we only process your invoice once we have received a signed proof of service - we then only bill for the services that we have completed.
It is the role of our passionate key account managers to build a solid relationship with you that will last for the years ahead.
With 10 branches around the country we are able to boast a national service footprint.
Your ablutions are a hot spot for the build-up of bacterial and other pathogenic organisms. This potentially unhygienic environment puts employees and visitors to your building at risk.
In conjunction with our washroom department, the focus of the deep clean department is to target, clean and disinfect all units in the ablution giving special attention to the hard to reach areas.
These areas include:
Long urinal drains and gulley's,
Underneath toilet rims,
Shower walls and drains, and
Basin overflows, drains and piping.
The reason for targeting these areas is because daily cleaning does not reach these hard to reach areas and it is there that uric and faecal scale build-up develops, promoting the development of bacteria and fungi and it also intensifies mull odours.
Specially trained teams visit your site on a cyclical basis as per your agreement in order to carry out the specialised chemical deep clean process. As with all our other service divisions, your invoices are only created once a signed proof of service has been signed by a company representative and returned to our offices confirming completion.
Specially formulated and environmentally friendly chemicals are used to ensure that your ablutions are left fully sanitised.
Colour coded consumables and equipment are used by the teams according to HACCP standards to ensure that there is no cross-contamination between high risk units (toilets and urinals) and low risk units (basins and showers).
Your experience begins with our Outright Sales division with a personalised discussion with either one of our highly trained Outright Sales Consultants or Outright Controllers. Their training and personal experience will help guide you to the product/s you are looking for. These include:
- Paper consumables,
- Cleaning chemicals,
- Janitorial consumables and equipment,
- Industrial cleaning equipment,
- Washroom equipment,
- Water cooler machines, and
- Bottled water (free demonstrations can be arranged when necessary).
