STEVE WALLBANKS - 53 Chief Operating Officer Electrical Engineer Years in service - 4 Years in industry - 28 Steve Wall banks joined ECH Management Solutions in 2003 as a Director. During 2012 Servest acquired ECH Solutions and Steve was appointed divisional Managing Director. Steve was appointed Chief Operating Officer for the Group in 2013. SA Executive Committee.

KENTON FINE - 47 Group Chairman Diploma in Business Management Years in service - 18 Years in industry - 26 Co-founder with Dennis Zietsman of the Servest Group in 1997. Kenton was initally the Group Chief Executive. He was subsequently appointed as Chairman in October 2006, following which he relocated to the United Kingdom in 2007 to start the Group’s UK arm, Servest United Kingdom. PETER WALSH - 40 Group Chief Financial Officer (BBusSC, CA(SA)) Years in service - 4 Years in industry - 4 Peter held the position of Chartered Accountant for Woolworths for five years, the last 18 months of which were as Head of Finance for Retail. Prior to joining the Servest Group he was appointed as Financial Director of the V&A Waterfront where he had full responsibility for the end-to-end finance function. DENNIS ZIETSMAN - 57 Group Deputy Chairman BCom, BAcc, CA (SA), HDip Co Law, Dip FMI, CD (SA) Years in Service - 18 Years in Industry - 18 Co-Founder of Servest Group in 1997, initially serving as Group Finance Director before becoming Group Managing Director in 2003. Dennis was appointed Group Chief Executive in 2006, following which he became Group Deputy Chairman in 2011. Audit and Risk Committee; Remuneration Committee; Investment Committee; Sustainability, Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee.

THABO PHOKANE - 41 Divisional FD - Security and Parking BCom (Hons), CA (SA) Years in Service - 3 Years in Industry - 3 Thabo has over 15 years of commercial experience. Having done his articles at Deloitte, he joined Colliers RMS as a ¬financial accountant. Shortly thereafter he joined SARS in their large business centre as a Senior Tax Analyst. Later he held a senior position at MTN, moved onto IQPC Southern Africa Pty Ltd as Financial Director before joining Servest.

MBONISI DANISA - 37 Non-Executive Director BSoSc, LL B, Post Graduate Diploma in Tax, Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa- 1998, Admitted Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa - 1998 Mbonisi has been with KTH since 2011 as Director of Investments. His current role involves initiating and assuming responsibility and leadership for the total investment process in terms of deal sourcing, evaluation, and performing of due diligence, transaction structuring, and approval submissions to the Investment Committee and Board of Trustees, as well as monitoring and exiting of investments. Mbonisi has previously been with the Tiso Group, Tiso Capital Advisory in the same role. He has also worked for Standard Bank within structured ¬finance and prior to that he worked as an article clerk with Venn Nemeth and Hart. Remuneration Committee; Investment Committee

MODISE MODONDO - 36 Non-Executive Director BCom Accounting and Economics BCom (Hons), CA (SA) Years in Industry - 18 Modise joined KTH in September 2012 as Executive Manager: Investments. She was previously with Actis as Associate within the Private Equity division. She sat on the board of Alexander Forbes including its Audit, Remuneration, Social, Ethics and Transformation committees. Prior to joining Actis she was with Deutsche Bank in a similar role. She completed her articles with Deloitte. At KTH Modise is responsible for transaction origination, execution and post investment value management and participates in various board and board sub-committees of portfolio companies.
